I have rented apartment I am in once before from Jessica. It began when she bought the place and ended in 2010. When I moved away. August 2016, I called Jessica to see if she had any rental units available. She told me that the same unit that I was in would be available September 1. Knowing what a good landlord she is, I took it site unseen. This September 1 I will be back in the same unit for two years. Things of changed for the better. So much clean unit and apartment complex, the snow is remove more efficiently, and if I ever want to have work done, you simply go Online and fill out a work order. It doesn’t get any better than that.
