Alterra Rocky Hill Apartments

This is a friendly and welcoming place, but Pete (the property manager) is probably one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met. He makes sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. And he is very helpful. This is a great place for people who are new to CT, and young professionals. Kim who works in the office is always, always calm and friendly. She normally goes the extra mile, and never complains or gives an air of annoyance. I couldn’t live at a better place, especially for people with diverse backgrounds. Yes, this is a great community of people with a great staff.
