Idiots had carbon monoxide leaking into house and almost killed my in laws then left them with no heat for 3 days because it was weekend. Now there is another problem with heat and want to wait three days again because of holiday weekend meanwhile it's 12 degrees out and this is now the second problem after they installed new unit only about 8 months ago
