We reserved a car for 7/14/17. Called to move reservation for the 7/15/17. We get to the Union at 9am Station and front desk Female had an attitude from the get go. She claimed that no one had made a note if it, nor had any arrangements been made for us. When asked what is the E.T.A on next available car, she raised her voice and demanded that I step away from the counter. I did so in hopes to resolve the issue instead she step outside look at her phone and went back inside without notifying me of any updates. That was so condescending and the breaking point for us. So dissatisfied with her customer service or lack off. We went with Enterprise and they gave us a ride to their facilities, they were super professional and welcoming. We even got to pick our own car. Please give staff a class on customer service.
