I am very surprised at the reviews for C & E, we had very good luck with them. We worked with them through our Lowes service plan. Our ice maker went and Jim came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement and fixed it very quickly. We had another issue recently with the freezer and Jim came out and fixed the problem too. He is very nice and was great explaining what the issues were and what was needed. The office staff was very helpful too. I would definitely use them again!
