Paul was very polite and courteous, identified himself when I answered the door. Explained what he was doing and showed me everything he did. Knowledgeable and exact in what he did. Left the work area clean and neat. He even changed out the air filter that I had obtained for the system as a courtesy. Very please and recommend him and Carmine's highly.
