Cesar's Liquor Outlet

Very pleasant liquor store. Clean and welcoming and easy to spot from the street. Cesar's is definitely one of the best places to stop for liquor if you're driving northeast on New Park Ave. The street does get active enough to make left turns a hassle during busier times of the day, but that's a trade-off to be expected from a major street like New Park Ave.
