CFHO is not just another gym. Every day's workout is different. It's never boring! Coach Andrew Petrulis takes personal interest in each member's progress. The atmosphere is electric yet supportive. I'm hooked. I've been athletic all my life. I'm almost 61 and I haven't felt this great in years! You've got to try this place!
