CVS

Great store!. Better people!!

Pharmacy personnel are completely incompetent. They've gotten my prescriptions wrong almost every time I've had one and when I've called to fix something they got wrong it's taken me up to 30 minutes waiting on hold just to speak to a person. Other CVSs also know this one as the CVS that's run by idiots. They don't even like to communicate with the New Canaan branch because of how incompetent they are. Worst CVS I've ever been to and will definitely not be going back any time soon.
