Accompanied my boyfriend while buying his Buick from Ingersoll. Must say that if it wasn’t for the car being a good find we would not have purchased it. Our sales rep would not budge on the price at all, so all we asked for were floors mat. Since we were spending about $17k and it’s January we really wanted the floor mats considering the price was not coming down on the vehicle. While the tone of voice I was spoken to with was polite I was told “you don’t buy cars often do you?” and in earlier conversations my boyfriend was asked if he works any overtime and that he should get on the overtime list. When we received our Buick freshly “detailed” it needed further cleaning on the inside. Dirt, unclean windows etc. Our sales rep told us “if you refer people to us you get a $100 referral check... then you can get your mats” Let’s just say I’m not referring anyone.
Update: Sales Rep Nate reached out to us almost immediately to address our concerns. We received the floor mats in the mail shortly after. Thank you to Nate for taking care of us! Updating my review to 4 stars because of how kind he has been. Still wish our initial dealing with Ingersoll was more pleasant.
