This place is continuously terrible. You'll never wait less than 45 minutes for an already scheduled appointment. No matter how many times you give them your information, they'll never call you when your contacts are in. Oh, and they're lazy liars. I ordered contacts from them, they told me they would order them. A week later I ask where they are and they say they've been ordered but delayed due to the holiday. A week later I ask again and they tell me they never ordered them and I need an eye exam which they cannot schedule for weeks. So now my contacts are fused to my eyeballs and I'm wondering how reception work got to be so hard.
