I'm in the customer service business and the only thing I can say that I can not believe this business is still in business. When we were at work they came to close our 25 foot above ground pool. We provided the materials needed to perform the job. They did not install the anti freeze bubble they did not even put any anti freeze in the pool. They added shock that we already had. Then they move the pump in front of our garage and do not move the sand filter (witch is the hardest part). After receiving the first bill that was $275.00 ($100.00 more then we were quoted) I read on the bottom of the bill it was 30 days late. I have left a total of 10 messages and have not received 1 call back. I would not recommend this company to any body. One more thing after watching the cameras they were at my house for a total of 26 minutes.
