The facility left much to be desired. Thin walls, hear everything from neighbors. HVAC erratic and noisy. Things seem run down and needing maintenance. Breakfast/room service was overpriced and missing menu items. Taking the cake is a several undisclosed and one redundant charge - when I called to ask for a correctly the employee was extremely rude and threatening.
