Dunkin' Donuts

Don't stop here if you can help it. We just left today, November 5, at 5:28pm . Ordered at approximately 5:18 - two small hot chocolates, one medium coffee, $7. Coffee no problem. Hot chocolate? Apparently you need to be a rocket scientist to fix the hot chocolate dispenser. It never worked and so after almost ten minutes we asked for a refund. They said they "can't do refunds" . They offered to do an exchange, but when you go in looking for hot chocolate you kind of expect to not replace it with something else. We ended up leaving since they would not issue a refund for the hot chocolates we did not receive. Thanks for the $7 coffee.

9pm Friday night, no hot food, only had about 3 donuts. Girl working just watching some show in the back
