Elizabeth Park Rose Garden

This is a beautiful, well maintained park, we should all be thankful that decades ago people fought to preserve this area, instead of turning it into more Condominiums and houses. Several species of roses were cultivated here, and in addition to the Rose Garden, there is a restaurant/ snack bar, and some other Gardens here to stroll through as well. There are some tennis courts and other things in the other areas of of the park as well, but they are off to the side from where the gardens themselves are. This is a nice place for a picnic, or a casual walk, or to take photographs of the flowers, which many people do.
