I called Fashion Nails on Mother's Day to see if they had any appointments for 4 people. We wanted to get our nails done and then go to a movie. I called around 1:30 and they said they could get us in at 3:30. I confirmed that it was for 4 people. We were going there to enjoy a pedicure together, myself, my sister in law, my daughter and my niece. When we got there the chairs were full, we chose our colors and waited...and waited. Finally they got 2 chairs open so we let the girls go first, then another spot opened and my sister in law sat in that chair and then another chair was available so i took that one. At this point it is almost 4pm. My niece and daughter were well on their way and then someone came to my chair and my poor sister in law sat there for another 20 minutes with her feet soaking and nobody came over. In the meantime, 3 or 4 more customers came in behind us for manicures and they were taken in right away. My sister in law decided to just not get hers done because we had a movie to get to. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional of them. It comes down to greed. They should have told the people that were coming in after that they needed to wait. I heard them when they walked in and they didn't have appointments, they were walk ins. We had an appointment. I will never go back there for that fact only. I don't care if it is a "holiday" and you are busy, you just overbooked because you wanted the money and that is not the way to treat your customers. By reading the other reviews this seems to be a trend for them. Bad business.
