I put a game on hold at a sale price. When picking it up I was very rudely told by a girl who wouldn't look up from her cpu screen that the sale price was expired. Her assistant then tried to sell me a card. I found her attitude rude and body language extremely dismissive and all I'm doing is saying I reserved a game for my kid. They got my extra money but just lost a customer with 2 boys. Not smart!

Always have a wonderful experience here, I have yet to have a problem that required me to return anything that I purchased through this store.
