I had been looking at different car brands from other dealerships before coming to Langan VW, and other sales reps and staff felt very insincere. Upon meeting with Dave in sales, I began looking at and test driving cars that were loads more comfortable than those other brands from someone who actually cares about you as a person, not just someone who might give the dealership business. His knowledge of the vehicles we looked at was way beyond my expectations, and his understanding of how to utilize all features and effectively explain them to potential buyers was very helpful and reassuring.
