Horrible job taking care of a customer just because you make no money on what he ordered from you. I would of called every news station as well as newspaper and let them know what kind of business you do. I also would of played the phone conversations for them as well. I'm sure the owners would love that kind of negative Publicity. All that was asked of you was to do your job and obviously you couldn't do that correctly. And then threatening to cancel the order because they asked for a confirmation number after you already messed up twice. That is comical and I can't believe that's the type of business that gets done there. I guess benders knows how to get it done right the first time. Such a shame.

My kitchen and one of my bathrooms have fabuwood cabints that were purchased from Grand paint and Design. The kitchen base left door was damaged (my fault) so I needed to replace the door, so naturally I went to were the cabints were purchased. So my first time ordering them I was told to get measurements and come down gave the paper with the measurements on it to BJ and my personal info said it would be about 2-3 weeks but first would call the manufacturer and get a price and would inform me of price, I would pay and then he would order it, thus was in April. So I waited just over 3 weeks no call so I called back, and was informed there's no record of the order so I need to take the measurements again and come down. So I did that but this time I made a copy of measurements. Went down and ended up talking with BJ again and even tho his condescending attitude was extremely disrespectful I once again placed the order. When I asked what happen last time he said and I quote "I didn't get to it" so I was told another 3 weeks, I waited the 3 weeks before calling and I was told the door should be there but they can't find it. My info was taken down, name, number, and I was told they wanted to call the manufacturer and would call me back that day. Which was a Wednesday, no call back and I waited till Tuesday of the next week to call back(june 21st) and was told the order was lost and once again I spoke with BJ and with his attitude told me they would order it "again" but it would take 4 weeks. I then spoke with my wife and she ended up calling the manufacturer who told us how to find a order number sticker on the actual draw and told us to give the seller that number cause the cabinets are under warranty and and the number would help with the order. So my wife ended up calling and asked to speak with with a manager and ended up speaking with Mr. personality BJ. He told her that he ordered them yesterday and when my wife asked for some type of confirmation number he blatantly refused to give her a confirmation number saying "what you don't believe me that I ordered them" and then proceeded to threaten her by saying he would cancel the order if she didn't take his word, he also explained to her that he does not make any money off the replacement door. So apparently because he doesn't make any money off the door he doesn't care about his customers even though the original purchase was purchased from his store. Never in my life have I ever delt with any company that had such a lack of respect for their customers and such a disgusting attitude towards their customers. At this point I would rather spend $200 to $300 on a new kitchen base then spend the $50 to $90 it cost for the replacement door then give this place or it's other location in Branford one more dollar. Update: after making some phone calls Benders is ordering us the cabint door free of charge.
