Mac Mitsubishi of Hartford

When I bought my outlander here they told me one price and after we rang the bell and went through everything they tried to give us a payment almost 100 dollars more. We ended up getting it to only 15$ more than what they told us but still was not what we had agreed on. Then we had to wait almost a month for the vehicle to get registered after they took our money immediately. Now the car has an issue and they don't offer loaner vehicles. A car 1 year old has no heat or defrost and they want you to drive it in a snow storm to diagnose it to see what the issue is. I have 3 kids tell me how that is going to work with no loaner. These people are disorganized and tell you one thing and do another. What dealership doesn't have loaner vehicles or a way to work with you?
