I would give this store 0 stars if I could. 1. They ripped us off and tried to charge us more for the couches than priced (we found this out by cross checking with other Jennifer stores) 2. Once the issue had been raised the customer service to credit my account was HORRIFIC. They were rude, unprofessional and it has now been 14+ days with no credit received. When I call back to ask about this they continually say they lost my information and that the credit would be coming. RUDE RUDE RUDE and half of the time they don't even pick up, and when they do, expect to get the worst attitude in return. DO NOT GO THERE. Go to Stamford or MIlford store to save yourself the hassle.
