Lady Nail & Spa

I walked in one day to do a full-set for the first time in THIS nail & spa facility. Two days later, 3 nails chipped & tore. I came in again, explaining my problem and they "fixed" it only for one nail to rip off again only 1 day later. They told me that they would have to charge me to fix it. Their full-sets don't last a week and they think to charge THEIR poor quality. I paid $2 for their membership and then when I asked if I could receive refund for that after they asked me to pay for their poor quality, they said NO. Poor quality & poor customer service. Save your time, energy & money and go elsewhere.
