The Mark Fairfield County

I have lived in the Mark now for almost a year, and I've enjoyed living here, but they have too many rules. And they don’t even enforce them. It’s not enjoyable living here anymore. The residents are friendly and outgoing, but the management here is ridiculous. They send out weekly reminders of the rules and yet don’t enforce them... or better yet, they enforce what they want to enforce. I see people parked illegally/in the wrong spots and smoking cigarettes all the time, yet this is a non-smoking property with assigned parking. And even when you notify the staff about these things taking place, all they do is send out another e-mail warning. They’re lazy. I also moved into a dirty apartment. They didn’t even replace the carpet from when the last residents lived here. I’ve never moved into an apartment that didn’t clean nor replace the carpet before new residents move in. I essentially had to ask them to come clean even though maintenance swore the place had been cleaned. The staff sucks. Maintenance is mediocre at best. I would not refer anyone to live here.
