Mattress Firm Old Saybrook

I went in thinking it was going to be a painful process of buying a mattress. It was quick, painless, and comfortable. My boyfriend and I were encouraged to relax and lay back (literally). We wanted something a bit cheaper than the high end mattresses and we were not bombarded with reasons we should buy something more expensive. The checkout process went smoothly and it was great that we chose our delivery date and were told we could change it at any time! John (manager) helped us out a lot, so as we left, we felt relieved rather than stressed. Great experience!!!
