McDonald's

It is clean, newly renovated, staff is friendly. My BIGGEST complaint is they are very SLOW at Drive-Thru. Especially in the morning when in a hurry to get to work. Had to wait up to 7 minutes before getting to window. I will not go there if there is more then 3 cars in line.

Crappy service, I can't speak Spanish I can only wonder what the manager was saying to her employees that were laughing when I asked for my food that I already paid for, and they said we already got our food, which we mever did,so me and my two children left, paid for food we never got, and walked out hungry and broke..thanks McDonald's in ansonia ..besides that one incident we always enjoyed going there, but I have not been back since bc I was ripped off and humiliated in front of my 2 kids bc mommy had no more money to go somewhere else
