Motel 6 Hartford - Southington

Prior to checking in (quite late) this past weekend, I called the Motel 6 in Southington Connecticut to get directions from Hartford, and also the exit number. The gentleman on the phone gave me PERFECT directions, and so I arrived to the motel without incident. Upon check-in, the same gentleman on the phone greeted me happily and warmly. I believe his name is Dana. He assisted me with my credit card as I'm still not familiar with the electronic "chip" on credit cards here. I was checked in quickly (as I had a reservation) and was in my room in a matter of moments. The room was clean, bright, and smelled fresh. I have patronized Motel 6 in other cities, but never have I ever felt so welcomed and "important", even at much, much more expensive hotels. The gentleman at the front desk even called after I settled in, asking me if I needed anything, and to call the front desk should I need anything. I slept very well that night. I will definitely stay at this Motel 6 if/when I'm in the area again.
