Thurston Energy, Inc

I'll start with the only positive and reason for the two stars. Rick is awesome- the only reason why I've stayed with the company thus far. The customer service, or lack thereof, is embarrassing. The staff is rude (particularly Tony), argumentative, and clearly not trained to handle basic customer service inquiries. I've literally had to convince Thurston Energy, Inc to schedule deliveries. I'm doing a large project, which is utilizing large quantities of propane, and call Thurston to schedule deliveries as needed. Every time I call, the staff has an unbelievably difficult time grasping this concept- that I am currently using a great more propane than general customers. I am questioned about how I am using so much, why... when all I would simply like to do is schedule a delivery. My complaint is not so much about their questioning, but in their tone/attitude. I wanted to support a local small business, but unfortunately my experience with Thurston Energy, Inc has been trying. I would suggest Thurston Energy, Inc evaluate their staff and hire individuals who are willing and able to provide an acceptable level of customer service.
