This company quoted $1500 less than Black Swan's Newton store for a high end fireplace inserts... which was a better deal. Then they installed the fireplace insert with a decent plumber, although the coordination was poor by Tony. Then they outsoursed a mason named Ian G. who totally ruined my chimney and refuse to repair it or return his phone calls. I believe Novicky's fireside and Tony, are responsible for using this hack of a mason that has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my chimney top. I would not recommend this company period, they cannot take responsibility for their vendors.... go elsewhere.

PRO-fessional! We asked Novicky to install two gas fireplaces in our home. From beginning to end, their service was outstanding: fast, courteous, friendly, price-competitive, and most of all actually fun. These people know their business. Their reps were here all during the install, keeping us informed, and appraised of what was going on, and what was coming. I haven't had a project this well conducted in years. Novicky can ask for a reference from us anytime.
