One star for good service. Unfortunately, their Black Bean Soup & Southwest Chile Salad with Chicken gave me severe stomach cramps after eating them. The restroom was clean. After leaving, I had to stop at 2 rest rooms during my drive home. This was the first time I ever had a problem at any Panera Bread location, and I don't recommend this North Haven CT location.
