Pat's Power Equipment

I'm a researcher at the University of Maine. A generator we're using started throwing error codes on Memorial Day weekend. There were no Honda dealers in our area who were open. I'm originally from north-central CT, and I figured someone would probably be open down there. Pat's was. The gentleman who answered the phone talked me through the error code and I was able to get the generator back up and running. The service was great, even though we didn't originally purchase the generator from them. If their service is this good for people who didn't buy from them, I imagine it'd be even better for someone who did buy from them. Thanks Pat's!
