I have used Karen for two different real estate transactions. When I bought my first home, which is a condo, I used her and found her to be not only a joyful and kind person, but a very knowledgeable real estate agent. With her guidance I picked a lovely condo that I still cherish to this day. A few years later I decided it was time to upgrade and decided to look for a house. Once again I called Karen and we set about the process of looking. Since I loved my condo so much I told her it had to be THE PERFECT house for me to make a move. But she was patient with me, and in time, I did find that perfect house, where I now live.
