Roncari Valet Parking

They took great care of my car while I was on a business trip. It was ready when I got out and picked me up on time.

Beware. Had a $50 Sunoco gas gift card stolen from my car in late Feb. 2018. The card was NOT in plain view but was under some papers in my console. Clearly the intent to steal was evidenced by the papers being shuffled and moved. After a day of looking high and low throughout my car did the shuffled papers I noticed become clear - it was stolen !! I contacted Roncari explaining the theft via their website. Did I hear back ? Nothing, Nada. just crickets. I've used Roncari for over 20 years of travel. If you value your property do not entrust these thieves with your vehicle and all its contents. I now use Executive Valet down the road and have had excellent results. Never again Roncari ... is this how you treat a longtime customer ? There are other honest Valet choices around BDL.
