The overall customer service is a case study of how service shouldnt be ! you will face grim faced representatives who will hastily help you in opening a membership and then will offer you an attractive looking Credit card. if you apply, the nightmare starts. you will have to deal with three separate entities viz., the Store, the Sams overall customer service center and Synchrony bank. all three will route you to each other n no. of times and cancellation too is not seamless. I was a member of Sams in Chicago and experience was way positive.
