Dr.Vander Vennet is the best doctor you will ever have. He has a way of making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable Situation. I wish I were able to give him more stars!!

The most unprofessional and unorganized doctor's office I ever encountered. After reading all those positive google reviews I thought I finally found a good OBGYN. Called and asked for an appointment, in return received a request for the OBGYN records from my previous doctor (why would you ask this information for a patient that you never seen before? you are in doubts of your knowledge/experience and need to see someone's else diagnosis?). Finally, time for my first appointment arrived. After waiting for about an hour I learned that Dr. Vennet is not even at the office and his assistant will see me instead. Had to politely refuse this offer, (after all I came to see the doctor, but NOT anyone else) and re-scheduled an appointment. At my second visit, after waiting for about 40 (!) min, I heard again that Dr. Vennet is not at the office at all (!) on Thursdays (while I made it clear while scheduling an appointment that I would like to see Dr. Vennet, plus receptionist told me that Dr. Vennet will be me shortly at my arrival!!!) and someone else will see me instead. Had to refuse this "offer" again and complain about this situation. Well, I must say that it was very difficult to do, since the manager of the office Ms. Ada was lying looking to my face saying that "I was told when I was scheduling an appointment that I will be seen by the dr's assistant" which obviously was not the case. In conclusion, Dr. Vennet may be (!) a good doctor and you will be lucky (maybe) to ever ( if ever) meet him in person, unfortunately I did not had this opportunity, so good luck!
