My dog had chewed my brand new L L Bean boots, contacted the company but they couldn’t cover accidents. Brought them here and for only $30 (!!!) repaired my boots to look even better than when I bought them. Wonderful people, wonderful service and wonderful work.

This place is like the Grand Canyon. Everybody can tell you how great it is but until you experience for yourself you just won't be able to fully grasp it. The people are extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and won't stop until they feel that everything is exactly right.
