If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Shawn has been working on my trike since I bought it. Kept having a rattle. Shawn would stop was he was doing to help me. Well today I stopped in and he took the heatshield off and found the problem. He has a lot of work to do but took the time to look again. By golly Shawn, I think we got it this time. Shawn is always so happy and cares about the customer.
