Do not listen to the people in these reviews spreading hate, because they have no idea what they are speaking of. My doctor here has treating me well for years, and I feel this would help her and her business. Also having worked in doctor offices in the past, I understand what goes on the other side of the exam room door.
45 minute wait?
What would you expect in a doctors office this busy? My doctor takes proper care of her patients, and does not rush them out the door for the sake of keeping time. Some patients have needs which set the doctor back.
Nobody wishes to be on time more than the doctor. If they are behind it is because someone with a sooner appointment needed a little more time than planned, or possibly the chance of something urgent happening.
I can see someone also recently gave a poor review due to a bad experience with the "walk-in", for "anxiety & depression".
This should be self explanatory... A walk-in is intended to be a fast appointment for illness. Anxiety and depression issues, unless they are physically affecting you at the time, are not appropriate subjects for a walk-in appointment. They require much more depth and lengthy appointment!
Also. Just because the pharmacy tells us they have not get gotten a prescription from the doctor, does not necessarily mean the office has not attempted to send it.
Yes, There are times when it is the error of the doctors office. But, much of the time it is a system error, or a fax failing to go through.
As for the reports of staff being "rude".
I have not encountered this in the 7 years as a patient here. I am willing to say that the majority of the people saying that in their reviews... Well it was likely going both ways, causing the reaction.
