I've bought 3 bikes from Bobby Sproket and have had them all serviced there. The shop offers great service at very reasonable rates. Bobby will let you know the costs up front and recommend repairs / adjustments that make sense. He works in the customer's interest. They also offered me a great deal on a used bike when my daughter was looking for a base Road Bike. He didn't try to put us in a higher priced bike when the used one would meet our needs. Great service and customer focus!!!
