Pay attention to my dates and do the math...
Ordered a wedding dress for my daughter in January, was told that the dress would be in in May. In May my daughters finance received new Military orders and the wedding needed to be cancelled. We contacted all our vendors who graciously returned all deposits (even when their contracts clearly stated no refunds) they obviously have respect for our Military...Now as I said we were told the dress would be in early May, this was the end of May, in fact just after Memorial Day. We were told "no way, no how" could the order be cancelled. I specifically told them, I do not want my deposit back, and but please just contact the designer and see if we can stop the order..."NO!" FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER we get a call that dress is in (two weeks away from what was supposed to be their wedding date!!!) Now I have done my homework, the gown ordered can take UP TO 5 months, so that would bring us to May. So unless Cinderella's forest creatures were making this dress one bead at a time, one day at a time the dates do not add up. My guess is they did not even order the dress when we came in the store in January, and I'm fairly certain that the dress was not even ordered when I called in May!!!! Shame on them! Just wanted the sale, don't care about the bride and by the way, nice way to support our troops!
