Staff don't know anything, went there to move from T-mobile and they said I will get 650$ to help the transfer over and 3 months went by and nothing happened and I went back to the store more than 6 times and they said the employee didn't know any better and she doesn't work there anymore so they don't care and then they asked me to leave the store in very rude way. There's no store manager and who ever th you called to ask was not respectful as he said he will give me a call back 2 times and I never got anything . At&t said that because this is retailer they're not responsible for the mistakes so I'm gonna have to figure it out with the store so after all the hassle all I got was a free iPhone case and 100$ in credits from at&t company not that retailer.
