I made a same day appt, which I was excited about calling at 10am when they opened. To find out once I got there, filled out the new client form, checked out what other services the place has to offer I was told the employee wasn’t feel well and since I was a “same day appt” she couldn’t take me. Ive been there for about 15 minutes waiting. I’m here wondering what about her other appts after me, she couldn’t see them either or was it just me? Maybe the choice of words were off, she could have said she’s not feeling well and I have to cancel all appts for the rest of the day instead of pointing out I was a same day appt she couldn’t take me. Won’t be referring anyone there and take this review as it is. I’m also in the beauty industry and do eyelashes I would not cancel an appt once my client shows up unless I myself spoke to my own client, not the receptionist to relay the message to me.
