I don't ever write reviews but I had to for this experience. In one way horrible and in the other great. The women who answers the phone was rude, unhelpful and it was like I was bothering her. She tried to talk me out of coming down trying to pick up the package. I get there and she is unhelpful to one of her co-workers who went back and asked about my package. He tells me on the way out to call and ask for Frank. Now to the good part of this. Frank went out of his way to help me. Above and beyond. So 5 stars for him and negative 5 stars for her. I wish I got her name. Ask for Frank if you deal with this post office. He was great!
