Terrible customer service. Ordered a Teleflora Deluxe Baby Block with an arrangement of roses and other various flowers. The recipient received something completely different. A simple blue vase (similar to something you would find at the dollar store) with a totally different arrangement from what was advertised. When I phoned to discuss the error in the arrangement the owner did not approach the issue nicely. She said her mother couldn't have made a mistake and it must be me who didn't know what I was talking about. She then began to berate Teleflora and told me I should see the product they ship her that it is junk and I should be happy to get the arrangement I did. I have been in the consumer products business for 40 years. I've never encountered a business partner or retailer so rude. The issue was not resolved as she hung up on me.

August 22, 2009. I bought 4 trees in June of this year and now 2 are not looking so healthy. Last week Gary's sister said they had a problem with a shipment and it sounds like I purchased some of those products. I was told to check for broken branches and call back. I did so but now its every excuse under the sun and blaming us for the plants dying. We were also told that because the plants are older they are not green all the way through. Well I looked at older plants than the ones I purchased and they look healthier than mine. I've had neighbors asking why some of my plants are dying. Whats their excuse going to be next. Gary's sister was rude and said when the plants die dig them up and bring them back. They will give us a partial credit. This sounds to me like she knows they are dying. Why should I have to wait until they are completely dead. I did everything Gary's mom said to do upon planting the trees and Gary's sister isn't standing behind their product now. Gary's sister can not tell me one thing one week and change her tune another. If this is how they wish to tree customers then this customer will go elsewhere. Too bad for Gary and Kim, they are nice folks.
