Wilton Auto Body Repair

This place is awesome! Seriously!!! Someone hit my car in a parking lot (and just left) leaving me to get my car repaired. These guys are fabulous. They got me in fast and fixed my car in under two days. Camilla even helped me drop off my other car at the train station! Wow. I called Mercedes and they told me to bring it to a shop in Fairfield. I thought if Mercedes doesn't even do the work then why take it there and pay a ton more. The price that Wilton Auto Body was very fair and I couldn't be happier. My car looks like new and with very little hassle. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Oh, and they're super nice too!

I was recently t-boned by a drunk driver, and took my car to Wilton Auto Body because they are a certified Gieco provider. The whole thing was a huge hassle because I was leaving for Europe for 2 weeks a few days later. I had it dropped off there and it was ready when I got home. They were professional, courteous, and did a nice job. About a week after I got the car back, my client who was following me noticed that my brake light was out. I called up the guys at Wilton Auto Body and they told me to bring it in at my convenience and they would take care of it. In hindsight, it was probably unrelated to my accident, but they were incredibly helpful and fixed it on the spot at no charge. I've had unpleasant experiences at auto body shops and mechanics because their customer service is generally lacking. That being said, I would highly recommend this shop for both their work and their service. To top it all off, my main contact at the shop was one of the owners, and he couldn't have been more helpful and gracious.
