Customer service was good... sort of... I dropped my bike off late last year and scheduled a "premium tune" service with chain replacement... after waiting almost 2months, I got my bike back, all I noticed was the chain replacement! I went for my first ride this season and had the same difficult shifting (premium tune supposed to included gear adjustment plus a lot more! ), don't waist your money here! You'll get ripped off!
