Flavorful Ramen with a good amount of pork belly. Comes with the basics, you can add bamboo, corn, etc for a charge. They use a thinner noodle like spaghetti, but still good. Tried a duck special this week and it had amazing flavor - preferred it to the standard authentic Chinese duck which I think is impressive. They have several types of good appetizers, which could be ordered in place of ramen if you're an outlier of a group. The menu is online. Environment is a bit noisy with shared tables. Would recommend trying it if you enjoy ramen.
