Kids Foot Locker

This company's customer service is horrible. The website indicated that I can pick up the item at local store at the same day. it turned out to be not the case, and customer service (Brad) misinformed me to go to the store to pick it up, which was not successfully. It took 6 calls and ended up with cancelling the order. Never do business with this company.
