PhysicianOne Urgent Care

Went yesterday and when I checked in, wait time was 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later, I was finally pulled into a room. There was no communication from the staff about the wait time. The doctor was in quickly though, but the exam felt very rushed. Called again today for a referral elsewhere, and I spoke to John on the phone who was very kind and considerate.

Friendly and accommodating staff - over the phone and in the office. Was in and out much more quickly than I had anticipated!
