Great staff and owners!..they are super friendly!..after a nightmare situation feeling embarrassed..the staff at hair genies made us feel comfortable and at ease. They did a follow up visit to make sure there were no further issues. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for fast friendly and efficient service

very thorough & got the job done. it took 2 women 3 hours to treat 4 of us. the only reason i mark them down one star is because of the cost, which was over $800. i personally find this exorbitant although to be fair i did include shampoo conditioner & home spray. even so i wasnt quite expecting such a high bill!! or a pre-programmed 18 percent tip on my charge. a bit cheeky!!!
