Norwalk Radiology and Mammography Center

Overall experience was great ! First time receiving an MRI & staff made me feel very comfortable. They checked on me often to make sure I was okay. One of the staff members was awesome I wish I remembered her name she was by my side throughout the whole thing.

I spite of Medicare guidelines, I was billed for bilateral breast ultrasound that was performed as well as the routine mammogram. There is now an outside billing office that just wants to collect. They will not listen to explanations. The Norwalk office can no longer help with billing problems. My Medicare statement says that I did not need to pay for the ultrasound billing. The account was sent to collection. Now my credit rating has dropped about 50 points. Their work is fine, but the outside billing office is an abomination. Norwalk Radiology knows about this. Many patients have the same difficulties. Too bad.
